Sales stages
Every sale goes through your stages: new contact, offer, negotiation, paid. The totals at each stage and the days spent waiting show you right away where things are stuck.
Each sale is a card on a board with a column for each stage. Drag it with the mouse. Above each column you see how many sales there are and their total.
New messages, calls and emails land in a separate column. The manager accepts them, links them to an existing customer or turns them down.
A stage can require certain information before a sale moves on. When a sale is lost, the manager picks the reason, and your reports show why you're losing.
The program shows sales with the same customer, phone or email. When you merge them, missing information is filled in and the history comes together in one place.
