Rules and documents
- GDPR
- Personal data is used according to the European GDPR rules: only for its purpose, only by people with access, with export and deletion on request.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- Data protection follows the practices of the international ISO/IEC 27001 standard: controlled access, a log of actions, an encrypted connection.
- Documents on request
- You can get the privacy policy, terms and data processing agreement for your lawyer.
Where the data is kept
- Servers in Moldova
- Data is kept on servers in the Republic of Moldova.
- Each company kept apart
- Each company's data is separated in the database, not just hidden on screen.
- Encrypted connection
- The connection to the program is always encrypted (HTTPS).
Who gets into the account
- Confirmation code at sign-in
- As well as your password, you get a 6-digit code by email. Each employee turns it on in their profile.
- Signed-in devices
- See which devices the account is open on and sign them out. Changing your password signs out all of them.
- Protection against password guessing
- After several wrong attempts, signing in is blocked for a while.
- Who signed in and when
- The administrator sees every sign-in to the account.
Who sees what
- Four levels of access
- Nothing, only their own customers, their team's or everyone's — set separately for adding, viewing, editing, deleting and exporting.
- Access by stage and information
- A manager can be allowed to see only certain sales stages or only certain customer information.
- Settings for administrators only
- Settings and connections to other software are closed by default for other employees.
If something goes wrong
- Trash you can restore from
- Anything deleted stays in the trash for 14 days and can be restored. Only the administrator can delete for good.
- Your data, any time
- You can ask for all your data in Excel at any time, no strings attached.
- Confirmation for AI
- For important actions, Alexandra asks a person to confirm.
